HOW TO ACCESS MY FREE DECODABLES

Are you having issues accessing the files sent to you?

First, make sure you are on a computer or another device that can handle a .zip file. Most smart phones are not made for this! 🙂

When you click the link in the mail, you need to download the files by clicking the download button in the top right corner of the screen.  It looks like this on my computer, circled in pink.

Once you download the file, you will need to extract the .zip file to get both PDFs.  Use this link to find the device you are using and the specific directions to extract .zip files on that device.  It is different for every single device!
